Château Grandview is the cornerstone of the project, providing apartment homes for those who seek a low maintenance lifestyle or desire easy access to hospitality and/or support services. There will be 2 bedroom units, units with 1 bedroom plus den and 1 bedroom units.
The Château Grandview will be built in three phases. Phase 1 will include 63 apartment homes for Supportive Living, in a four storey building. Phase 2 will allow 72 apartments for Supportive or Assisted Living. Phase 3 will see the construction of a separate unit for residential care. Phase 1 is in the final stages of planning, with construction anticipated to begin in the Spring of 2012.
