- After costs are established with 2nd Interview then total contract amount will be established
- Contract documents all printed an ready
- CCDC document 14 needs to be completed with costs
- Temporary Overhead Power
- A Letter of Intent has been issued to Martech Electrical Systems Ltd
- Fortis BC is evaluating their power line at Sahstrom property and suggest that a $75,000 upgrade may be necessary
- Martech has huge Genset and cables available and will meet the budget in the end

- Letter of Intent issued to Maretech Electrical Systems Ltd
- Installation to start May 05, 2008 and completed June 30, 2008
- Telus approval had tendency to holdup but now on track
Ground Floor Housing
- Status of Financial Commitment Letters
- GFLLs agreed to make 2nd contractual deposit May 25, 2008.
- ACL Construction Status
- Work continues and 1st framing should be visible week of May 26, 2008.
- Some changes being priced:
- Driveways
- Excavation and Backfill
- Deletion of Peremeter Drainage
- Change crawlspace floor concrete strength from 25 Mpa to 20 Mpa
- A 2 meter long concrete apron at garage door
