Building Lots
Calamida Estates consists of prime real estate for the general public with no age restrictions on purchase. Fifty six (56) fully serviced lots make up Phase 1 of Calamida Estates. Thirty four (34) lots have already been sold and twenty two (22) remain. These lots do not form part of the cooperative, but will be sold outright to individuals wishing to build their houses. Private construction of homes is under way on several of these sites.
