In the Community Garden
The herbs and vegetables are growing quickly now that we are getting the strong summer heat.
It may have been long in coming but it is welcome. There is a new storage shed for tools and
a good water supply to help the vegetables fill out.
Not all is work and no play.
Near the Castlegar Airport the new Chances Gaming Centre is now open with a 9400 square foot gaming floor, a restaurant, meeting rooms and a lounge.

Cameron - our youngest resident
The Grandview community welcomes baby Cameron, born on July 19 at 8:45pm. The proud
parents are John and Laura of Calamida Estates. We are all looking forward to
watching his progress as we meet on our daily walks. No baby has ever had so many
fairy godmothers making wishes for a happy and healthy life.
