Membership in the Cooperative

Membership in the Kootenay Columbia Seniors’ Housing Cooperative is open to anyone of legal age upon payment of a non refundable, one-time application fee of $250 per Couple or Single. (Residents only must be 55 years and over).

Based on all the information that the Cooperative has researched and interpreted, regarding the newly legislated HST in British Columbia, the Board has determined that the Cooperative is eligible to apply for the NEW Residential Rental Property Rebate on individual units.
