The path to becoming a resident of Grandview Housing starts with the purchase of a membership, a one time fee of $250.
Grandview Heights
Currently only 14 units are left in Phase II of the Ground Floor Term Leases (bungalows and duplexes).
- Key features of these homes include:
- 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms (one en-suite), utility / laundry room
- Double garage
- Covered patio and great views
- Two floor plans, with extra options available at additional cost
- Membership in the cooperative and participation in decisions affecting Grandview Heights and Château Grandview
- The monthly Strata fee for the Ground Floor Term Leases is currently set at $140. This covers the cost of regular maintenance of such things as furnaces, snow removal, lawn care, Insurance of the structure less contents and a Contingency Fund for events that happen less than once a year, such as replacement of hot water tanks and roof replacement. It will also include the salary of a maintenance person.
Phase II Sites Available
- Choose one of the remaining units of Grandview Heights phase II. Financing is available with the local Heritage Credit Union or other financial institutions.
- From time to time a unit is vacated and offered for purchase.

Bungalows
- Only two bungalows remain available: B20, B21. These were built with advance funding from the membership and are at lock-up stage. One is plan A, the other is plan D. They have been built with the Vaulted Ceiling option and all other options are available.

Calamida Estates
- Purchase one of the free hold lots remaining to build the house of your choice and enjoy the amenities.
- Build your own home on one of the 21 fully serviced lots remaining in Phase I, with only 5 left at $89,500
- These lots are outside the Cooperative project but benefit from being adjacent to it.
- Membership in the co-op is not required to purchase a lot.
- There are no age restrictions on these lots.

Château Grandview
- Members interested in purchasing an apartment in Phase I or Phase II of Château Grandview are being asked for a $1,000 refundable deposit to reserve their place on the list. As soon as the disclosure statement is filed these members will be advised and the marketing team will proceed with its advertising plan, adding any potential new candidates to the list in the order the deposits are received. As units become available, members will be able to choose their unit in the order they signed up.
