Grandview Housing is located in Castlegar, BC, in the West Kootenay area of British Columbia, Canada. We are near the confluence of the Kootenay River and the Columbia River. The site is on a flat bench of land on the west side of the Columbia River, with spectacular views of the Columbia Valley to the east and south.

 

 

 

This photo was taken October 27, 2010 by Dennis Holden showing the Phase I construction completed. The duplexes and bungalows now show green lawns and flower beds.  Phase II is in progress and the ground is ready for Château Grandview construction. Some of the Calamida houses are seen on the left.
