How to become a member
A non refundable membership application fee of $250 is required by any senior 55 years or older in order to join the Housing Cooperative. (Younger individuals may join but cannot take up residence in the community until they are 55). Co-Op members are being asked to loan the Cooperative $40,000 for 5 years at 5% interest, to finance construction of the infrastructure, such as water, power, sewer, telephone, gas, video, etc.
