Call for Tenders

The Grandview Manor project is moving toward construction phase. The Call for Tenders that went out in January is now closed.

  • Five (5) Design / Build Proposals were received February 18th, 2010.
  • Selection review is underway for three (3) Proponents to conduct a Post Tender Addendum for a final Tender Price.
  • April 09, 2010 -  The three contractors retained for the Post Tender Addendum are:
    1. Tri-City Contracting (BC) Ltd
    2. Maple Reinders Inc.
    3. Vic Van Isle Construction Ltd

 

* July 19, 2010 - A Conditional Letter of Intent was signed with Tri-City Contracting (BC) Ltd

 

This plan of the area shows the location of the various housing units, the care centre and the additional free hold lots for sale.

 

  • Grandview Heights
    Phase I saw the completion of  the bungalows and duplexes along the edge of the bank (34 units). Virtually all these units have a spectacular view of the Columbia River to the east and south. Our members moved into their new homes in the spring of 2009.  

 

Phase II is currently underway. Construction of duplexes and bungalows has started on the opposite side of Grandview Drive for occupancy in the early part of 2010. See the Homes Available page for current information about what units are still available.

 

Grandview Manor is the cornerstone of this project, and is planned to be a multi-level seniors apartment complex consisting of Term Lease and Rental Units. Within this complex will be recreation facilities, a meeting room, a clinic and other group facilities. Construction is planned for the Fall of 2010.

 

We have prime real estate lots available for the general public. These are fee simple, level, residential lots, which are fully serviced. Thirty four of the fifty six lots available have been sold. Private construction of homes is under way on several of these sites.
