- Grandview Heights
Phase I saw the completion of the bungalows and duplexes along the edge of the bank (34 units). Virtually all these units have a spectacular view of the Columbia River to the east and south. Our members moved into their new homes in the spring of 2009.
- Phase II is currently underway. Construction of duplexes and bungalows has started on the opposite side of Grandview Drive for occupancy since the early part of 2010. See the Homes Available page for current information about what units are still available.
Château Grandview is the cornerstone of this project, and is planned to be a multi-level seniors apartment complex consisting of Fee Simple and Rental Units in supported living, assisted living and residential care. Within this complex will be recreation facilities, a meeting room, a clinic and other group facilities. Construction is planned for the Spring of 2012. Sales are now underway.
We have prime real estate lots available for the general public. These are fee simple, level, residential lots, which are fully serviced. Thirty-six of the fifty-six lots available have been sold. Private construction of homes is under way on several of these sites. Several lots are available for purchase now.
