Meeting 3800 –Sunday, February 17, 2007

 

  1. There has been a lot of work done on the website to make it more user friendly.  We are trying to keep it more up to date with minutes and other activities of the CoOp.  Check out Fred Arishenkoff’s article on the member’s information page.  Also checkout the latest photos in the Photo Gallery – Irene and Nora up on the land last Friday.
  2. there has been an article submitted to the Invest Kootenays Magazine
  3. there have been articles in the local papers about the progress and ongoing work of the CoOp
  4. An updated informational brochure has been put together and should be ready for distribution in the next few days
  5. we are preparing a blitz of advertising to help with the sale of  the residential lots of Grandview Estates.  This will possibly involve some of the local real estate agencies.
  6. permission from the City to put up signage to advertise the sale of project lots
  7. we are thinking of holding a giant garage sale on the project site some time after the snow goes
  8. the Writers Group has been busy helping with the informational literature for a Grant proposal
