4608: Mission and Vision Statements suggestion from Care Committee:

  1. Presentation of revised Statements

4609: 16th Avenue South Status

  1. Budget is at $1.85 million
  2. New plans updated for a balanced cut and fill
  3. Agreement to be signed with CoC this week
  4. Construction is well underway with Marwest
  5. U/G services being followed up with Martech who have ordered all the materials in
  6. Working on Mid October for power servicing
  7. Road should be travelable in November

 

 

4610: Landscaping Committee Report – BettyAnn Mullen

  1. Meeting with Tenderers September 20, 2008.
  2. We have 7 Tenderers who have taken documents
  3. Tenders close September 26, 2008.
  4. Seeding of Rights of Way report by Jim Mullen:
    • Need volunteers ASA it starts raining
    • Remember that this is $39,000 potential return of our Letter of Credit

 

 

4611: GFLL Life Lease and related documents Report (Elmer) status from Lawyer JO’F

  1. Lot 53 is now registered which is the GFLL future LLs
  2. Life Lease Document can now be registered
  3. Disclosure Statement / Rules document need preparation
  4. Need to get JO’F on it

 

 

4612: Grandview Manor Committee (Bev Onischak)  

  1. Detailed design presented by Fairbank Architects to subcommittee September 18, 2008.
  2. Four Floors and 158 units.
  3. Phase I is suggested to be 68 units on 4 floors with the two (2) wings facing Grandview Drive
  4. Triplex T1 will now bw a Bungalow and T2 and T3 will become part of an entrance from the GFLL area and a parking lot
  5. T4 will become an access / exit to the parking lot and T5 and T6 will become a Duplex now
  6. Colored Renderings and Perspectives are being created for September 27, 2008 Promotions Day
  7. Architect Chris Fairbank will be on site
  8. It is expected that John Manton of Advocare and Peter Rezansoff of Intertech will also be on site

  2. Need to transfer 34 sold Residential Lots

  4. Meeting in Revelstoke, September 23, 2008 with JO’F and Trustees to release 1st Mortgage from those title that are being sold or mortgaged to HCU and Grandview manor site
