On a gentle plateau, near a strong mountain,
We chose a piece of land and named it GRANDVIEW HEIGHTS.
We saw the potential of this beautiful area, whose nature spirit drew us in
And displayed to us its beauty of sunshine and flora.
This is where we decided to build a community of friendship, of sharing and of caring.
This endeavor taught us that working together in harmony and cooperation,
Brings positive results and keeps our spirits strong.
So we give forth our appreciation to all the dedicated, hardworking people
And the surrounding community, for supporting our project.
What a joy it is to see our dreams become a reality.
